new signs.. 2 different signs were ordered and returned. these signs were to small and very cheap for the money. looking into new vendor for better signs
tecq fine. a fine from 2010 was issued. no records could be found at the office and fine was paid. zero fines are on file
chain of command.. now that we have a full board, please use chain of command on issues. water leaks, sewer leaks, service, ect.. contact office workers. then boad member and ect. feel free to contact any of us at anytime
water leaks.. the office workers need to spend more time looking for leaks and expidite resopnce time when notice of water pressure issuse.
leak repair. looking into replacement of full joint of pipe instead of a repair where it can be done.
shut off valves. looking to locate and update isolation vavles in the areas to isolate sections for repair instead of total additions being shut off. need to locate and manually work valves and replace the ones not working
boil water notices. address the importance of this notice to be posted when needed . relay information from south sabine also.
test kit.. instructed the guys to use test kits when possibe water leak has been found or reported. see if its water, sewer or gound water
follow up on grant. billy has contacted steve jordan and will have detailed information at april meeting
new board members.. jimmy norton, steve cameron and allen westmoreland. thanks for these 3 guys stepping up and wanting to be part of the board.
next meeting.. proposed an april meeting with full board.
