water bill... was brought to our attention that the water bill has been pro rated instead of per 1000 gallons. system has been updated. the bill will reflect the 4.25 per 1000 gal after the set 2000 for each member
new hire... as we know, bryan left and we hired hagan cory for his replacement
meeting sign.. it was brought up about the condition of our meeting sign along with not having one farther up 3315 for member to see. the people at the meeting was in agreement and 2 new signs are on order.
tecq.. we are proud to announce that beechwood water has zero fines on record. after the audit a few months ago, the only thing found was paperwork title and out of date sample supplies. all which has been taken care of.
board members.. we have 3 members that were voted in but one has not been availble for his role. we handed out more board applications at the meeting. we have 2 that have filled out and returned saying they want to be on.. we still need one more so please ask around let us know
monthy expence reports. reports are avail to be printed at the office anytime a member wants to see them. you do not need to wait for a board meeting.
emergency call.. . this was addressed to our employees and the call forward phone is to be tested everyday before they leave the office.
